My Mission

With 12 years of advanced and trauma-informed bodywork experience under my belt, I have shifted my main focus over the past 6 years to guiding women* in the healing and creative arts to reclaim their power and aliveness through somatic and energetic recalibration. I am experienced and certified in ThetaHealing, somatic coaching, breath work, neuromuscular reprogramming, Reiki, and more.

I am passionate about facilitating deep transformation on somatic, spiritual, and energetic levels—helping you reconnect with your body as the gateway to your intuition and most authentic self. My work is rooted in the belief that having a solid connection to the earth, your body, and intuition are foundational for discernment, clarity, and aligned action in life.

I want more for you than symptom management or temporary relief. I personally understand what it means to shift from operating in survival mode to moving in alignment with my body’s capacity, cycles, and rhythms. I'm passionate about discovering and understanding how energetic and emotional imbalances show up in our bodies. Rather than simply releasing what isn’t serving you, my approach focuses on moving through and integrating what arises, creating lasting transformation that honors your full complexity.

Through Diwa Collaborative, I specialize in supporting other space holders—therapists, coaches, healers, and facilitators who are ready to go deeper than most other modalities they've tried before. I work with burnt-out creatives and “souloprepreneurs” who are ready to lead from embodiment rather than hustle and sacrifice. And I hold space for complex trauma survivors reclaiming their bodies, self-trust, and power after being stuck in toxic family systems and oppressive capitalistic, patriarchal systems that have shaped the way they move in the world.

This work isn't about fixing something that is wrong with you; it's about stepping through the threshold of your sovereignty beneath all the layers of protection, trauma, and conditioning. It's about reclaiming your power, your pleasure, your voice, and your creative capacity. It is about moving from survival to creative flow, from enmeshment to healthy boundaries, from dissociation to embodied aliveness.

*When I use the word women here, it is inclusive of nonbinary folks assigned female at birth and conditioned to live in the world as female, and trans women. This is for people who personally have faced any of the unique challenges and experiences of women in general such as with menstrual cycles, pregnancy and pregnancy loss, the disrespect of and disregard for their feminine or yin parts, and witch wounds.
